Chris Sheppard
Chris has been involved in the real estate industry since the age of 22. His father was a local land developer responsible for many developments in the Tri-City area. Chris started as a labourer and later was in charge of finance and budgeting for the family business.
Realizing his calling was in the real estate business and that his talents would be best used educating people about the buying and selling processes, he is now dedicating his time to make sure his clients make the best decisions when making real estate transactions.
Chris has been married for 20 years to his wife Therese and has three beautiful daughters Samantha, Shelby and Courtney, all who have experienced the best of the Tri-City schools and extra curricular programs the area has to offer. He has taken a special interest in local soccer where he has coached, managed, and served as a director with one of the most recognizable clubs in Canada.

Glen Bohnet
Originally from Edmonton, Glen moved to British Columbia in 1987 after his football career in the CFL had ended. Moving to the West Coast and through encouragement from his network of land developers and investors, it was natural for him to pursue a new profession in real estate. Working in the Tri City area for over 18 years, Glen has gained a great reputation and trust through valued clientele.

Hardy Maier
Hardy has lived in the tri city area since 1986 and has seen the area grow from small suburbs to thriving cities and communities. The lifestyle we are able to experience here is immeasurable, especially if you like the outdoors. My family has made their way through schools, been involved in countless sports activities and met some of the many wonderful people that make this area second to none.
Hardy’s experience comprises of several aspects of real estate from a personal, revenue property and investment perspectives. Experience in the building and renovation of these properties has helped Hardy acquired an excellent pool of resources of value orientated local trades. Hardy has owned and managed a business that developed, furnished and designed hotel properties in BC, Alberta and Alaska bringing satisfaction from start to finish and following through with promises made. The referrals and repeat business is what created a business that endured over 20 years of success. In dealing with the buyer’s side of the business through his Supply Chain Management accreditation, Hardy not only gained experience but mastered the art of negotiation and the importance of managing, while instilling the overall significance of integrity and trust.

Cindy de Beyer
Cindy brings to the Team her 19 years of Administration and Customer Service experience. She is a detail oriented person who has worked in multiple areas of the real estate industry. From being a Buyer’s Agent to Conveyancer, and Licensed Administrative Assistant Cindy ensures easy and seamless support for the Team and our clients.
